Cinteot Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to join the DOS Consular Systems Modernization program.

You will design and implement MuleSoft integrations, work with stakeholders to refine requirements, and ensure API lifecycle best practices across enterprise-grade projects. The role requires Active Secret clearance, experience with Anypoint Platform, and a strong background in Agile environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 5+ years in software development.
4+ years in software development lifecycle.
3+ years delivering enterprise MuleSoft projects.
2-4 years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
3+ years API lifecycle experience.
Experience securing Mule apps with certificates.
Experience in Agile environments.
Active Secret clearance (or higher).
Certified MuleSoft Developer Level I or II.

Responsibilities

Design and develop business functionalities on MuleSoft using CRM/CX tech.
Understand requirements, analyze impacts, and assess feasibility.
Design, develop, document, and implement MuleSoft solutions and API standards.
Identify risks and mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Address security/compliance requirements for MuleSoft/Salesforce sandbox environments.
