Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT field OR Bachelor's in a non-IT field with 2 years IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with the Mulesoft platform including AnyPointStudio, CloudHub, and Mule runtime.
• 3+ years of experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3+ years of experience with Git-based source control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• 3+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and integrations using the Mulesoft platform across a broad range of software tasks.
• Document current environments, perform gap analysis, and articulate options and recommendations.
• Create technical documentation for upcoming or existing integrations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Engineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop software updates.
• Understand stakeholders' needs and communicate them to developers.
• Test and review code written by others and analyze results.
• Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Act as an individual contributor and mentor junior team members.
• Present status updates and provide cross-training to the team.
