Job description

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer who will design and code functional API’s and applications, producing fully functional middleware applications according to requirements. As a MuleSoft Developer, you play a key role in serving our clients and team members. This will be a full-time, work-from-home "remote" position.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure consistent API management alignment to optimize usage, focusing on improving and evolving distribution and management processes.
  2. Meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and manage priorities effectively.
  3. Apply creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and understand user needs.
  5. Assess the impact of new requirements on MuleSoft projects and related systems.
  6. Review existing Mule integration logic and create test collections.
  7. Update project configurations and deployment settings.
  8. Re-deploy APIs and integrations on the new hosting platform using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  9. Assist with validation and testing, including load and performance testing.
  10. Make modules production-ready following release procedures and document version control.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum two years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer.
  2. Six or more years of experience building REST and SOAP APIs with Mule ESB flows and API-led connectivity architecture.
  3. Three or more years in Mule administration, configuration, tuning, and API setup using RESTful web services.
  4. Six or more years designing and developing Mule ESB projects with various connectors (HTTP, File, SFTP, DB, Transformers, DataWeave).
  5. Six or more years deploying Mule applications via CloudHub and integrating using Mule ESB.
  6. Six or more years working with Transformers, Filters, Flow Control, Collection splitters and Aggregators, Scatter-Gather.
  7. Three or more years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  8. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Mule ESB, including debugging and configuration tools.
  9. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and team skills.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Desired: 6+ years experience in MuleSoft, API-led connectivity, REST, SOAP, and platform customization.
  12. Proven track record of successfully completing projects and managing complex requirements.
  13. Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
  14. Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Salary: $60,000-$100,000/year
