Responsibilities:
Presales Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops for prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed solution proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimates.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, API specifications, and solution blueprints.
- Work closely with architects and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project initiation and delivery.
- Present technical concepts in a business-friendly language to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Presales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, integration, and management).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, microservices architecture, and ESB concepts.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles with the ability to present technical ideas.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
