Job summary

LSI Staffing in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Mule Driver/Yard Worker to safely move trailers within the yard and support warehouse operations. This role involves operating a yard mule/spotter truck, inspecting trailers, and helping with yard organization.

Shifts run mid-day to evening (10 AM – 7 PM, plus 3 PM–12 AM), with outdoor work in heat and cold. Candidates should have 2–3 years of trailer-pulling experience, be reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; background/drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

LSI Staffing is HIRING a MULE DRIVER at our customer in Pasadena/La Porte TX
Pay $20.00 MID shift 10AM to 7PM monday to friday! and a 3PM to 12AM
this mule has no AC you will be tested on the machine prior to starting. Must have 2 to 3 years of experice pulling trailers and containers.

Position Summary:
The Mule Driver/Yard Worker is responsible for safely moving trailers within the yard, assisting with yard organization, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires strong awareness of safety procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely move trailers to and from dock doors using a yard mule/spotter truck
• Perform trailer inspections before and after moves
• Communicate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure correct trailer placement
• Maintain an organized and efficient yard layout
• Assist with backing trailers into docks as needed
• Verify trailer numbers, seals, and paperwork
• Report any equipment or trailer issues immediately
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support general yard or warehouse duties when required

Requirements:
