Job summary

Living Earth, the largest recycler of tree limbs, leaves, and grass clippings in Texas, is seeking a Bagging Line Operator to support mulch production. This role involves safely setting up, starting, monitoring, and maintaining the bagging line to maximize throughput and product quality.

You will work a day shift in Paris, TX, with a high school diploma and 2–3 years in industrial operations preferred, plus experience with automatic bagging equipment and PLCs/VFDs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years in industrial operations or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with automatic bagging equipment preferred.
• Experience around production equipment and conveyors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mulch bagging line equipment safely.
• Set up, start, monitor, adjust, and shutdown equipment.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe area.
• Complete production paperwork and KPI records.
• Report issues to management promptly.
• Follow safety procedures like lockout/tagout and PPE.
