Select Water Solutions is seeking a Mud Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of heavy equipment in our disposal unit. You will maintain environmental compliance, monitor pits and equipment, and document disposal activities. The role requires 12-hour shifts, weekend availability, and reliable transportation to the site.

Candidates should have experience with excavators, strong communication, and attention to detail to support safe operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment including excavators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate disposal area safely and maintain its appearance.
• Monitor pit and silo levels; retrieve oil from pits/tanks.
• Unload lines and valves related to disposal.
• Document tickets and records for disposal compliance.
• Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
