• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble mud motors.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and parts.
• Read service manuals and apply procedures.
• Use Vernier calipers and measuring tools.
• Prepare and file service reports.
• Assist in tool assembly/disassembly as needed.
• Support on-call parts locating and motor assembly.
