You will manage district operations, coordinate capital improvement projects, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring engineering staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, and have over 10 years of experience in municipal utility district engineering.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
• 10+ years of experience in municipal utility district engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of TCEQ regulations and public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering services for Municipal Utility Districts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for district clients.
• Manage capital improvement projects including water and wastewater improvements.
