GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated MTSS Tutor/Paraprofessional to join our team at St. Frances Cabrini High School in Allen Park, MI.

This part-time, hourly role supports 9–12th grade students with academic and behavioral needs. You will provide small group and one-on-one instruction, help implement MTSS strategies, collaborate with teachers to develop individualized learning plans, monitor progress, and assist in maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 credit hours from an accredited university or college.
• SAT evidence-based reading and writing 480 or higher; math 530 or higher.
• ETS Parapro Assessment passing score 460.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Tutor/Paraprofessional to join our team. In this part-time role, you will work closely with 9- 12th grade students, teachers, and administrators to support the academic and behavioral needs of our students. Your efforts will be crucial in helping students achieve their full potential through targeted instruction and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support to students in small group and one-on-one settings.

• ETS Parapro Assessment - A passing score of 460 is required

Preferred:

• Bachelor's of Science or Arts in Education
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate and applicable endorsement(s) as required by the Michigan Department of Education
