Job summary

Fall Brook School in Leominster, MA is seeking a part-time Teacher Assistance Team member to support MTSS through intervention selection, data tracking and collaboration with teachers. The role focuses on Tier II/III interventions in reading, math and social-emotional learning, plus data analysis and DCAP alignment.

Qualifications

Intervention expertise: guide selection, implementation and progress monitoring of Tier II and Tier III interventions across reading, math and social-emotional learning.
Experience with data-driven problem-solving and MTSS processes.
Knowledge of DCAP (District Curriculum Accommodation Plan) alignment with school goals.

Responsibilities

Intervention Expertise: guide selection, implementation, and progress monitoring of evidence-based Tier II and Tier III interventions across reading, mathematics, and social-emotional learning.
Data Management & Analysis: oversee collection, organization, and analysis of student data to inform intervention planning.
DCAP Plan Understanding: apply DCAP knowledge to align with improvement goals and strategies.
