The successful candidates will facilitate the TAT process, coordinate and track interventions, and provide data-driven problem solving support to teachers, with emphasis on Tier II and Tier III interventions and DCAP alignment.

Qualifications

• Supports MTSS and student academic/social-emotional success.
• Oversees data collection, progress monitoring, and decision-making.
• Uses DCAP guidance to align school improvement goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide selection and progress monitoring of Tier II/III interventions.
• Coordinate, track interventions, and support teachers.
• Analyze universal screeners and progress data for planning.
