GPS Solutions is seeking a dedicated MTSS Systems Specialist to support MTSS across school sites in Detroit. This full-time role focuses on strengthening Tier I foundations in attendance, behavior and academics, with alignment to Tier II and III supports.

The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, student-centered and highly collaborative, with experience in educational settings and a commitment to equity-driven student support systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience working directly with students.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and use data to support MTSS at Tier I–III.
• Partner with school staff to implement data-informed MTSS practices.
• Communicate MTSS plans and progress to staff, students and families.
• Maintain accurate MTSS documentation and data systems.
