Responsibilities

  • Support at-risk elementary students with academic, social and behavioral needs in individual, small group, and classroom settings.
  • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, district personnel and building staff to plan and implement research-based supports for at‑risk students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and classroom teachers about student progress and supports.
  • Support MTSS implementation across Tier 1, 2, and 3; coordinate school-wide MTSS activities.
  • Attend and participate in MTSS meetings and professional development; collaborate with outside agencies as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate professional confidentiality.
