IVC District No. 321 is seeking a MTSS/SEL School Coordinator to oversee the district’s MTSS framework and serve as the SEL Coach for one assigned school.
This role emphasizes coordinating assessments, progress monitoring, and implementing data-driven interventions to enhance student academic and behavioral growth. The coordinator will collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to implement Tier I–III supports, schedule screenings, and document progress while guiding SEL programs
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, to facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills by providing interventions to reinforce classroom curriculum; document student progress/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc. The MTSS/SEL Coordinator will serve as the MTSS Coordinator and SEL Coach for one assigned school.
The work year for the MTSS/SEL Coordinator is a full-time position (180 days) covered under the IVCEA collective bargaining agreement.
The essential functions of this position focus on coordinating the school's Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS) program addressing both academic and behavioral needs of all students as well as serving as the Social-Emotional Coach for the teachers of the school. This position will serve as the coordinator for the Tier I, 2, 3 program in all areas of student support.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.
