Job summary

REETHS-PUFFER SCHOOLS is seeking an MTSS Coordinator to lead district-wide MTSS development, alignment with the Graduate Profile, and data-driven interventions across tiers.

The role partners with administrators, coaches, and teachers to ensure high-quality instructional supports, effective progress monitoring, and equitable access for all students within MTSS, PBIS, and SEL frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful K-12 teaching or educational support experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership in MTSS, PBIS, data-driven decisions, and coaching.
• Experience interpreting diagnostic and progress data to drive instruction.
• Knowledge of Graduate Profile competencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish district-wide MTSS frameworks, guidelines, and SOPs aligned with the Graduate Profile.
• Lead district MTSS leadership team meetings to review data and resources.
• Partner with building admins to ensure MTSS fidelity across all schools.
• Organize ongoing professional development on universal screening, progress monitoring, and data literacy.
• Coordinate schedules for universal screenings and diagnostic assessments.
