Qualifications

• Washington State teaching certificate (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Five+ years of teaching experience
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading professional development
• Experience partnering with administrators to shift instructional practices

Responsibilities

• Coach and support teachers to improve instructional practices
• Lead and participate in MTSS-Intervention activities with staff
• Foster equitable, culturally responsive learning environments
• Collaborate with building administrators and CTE to plan PD
• Support new teachers with ongoing coaching and mentorship
