Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, school psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years successful teaching experience.
• Hold a valid Georgia Teaching Certificate.

• Provide training, consultation, and support to administrators, teachers, and school-based leadership teams to facilitate implementation of MTSS at the district and school levels.
• Develop, lead, implement, monitor, and collaborate with other educators in the district-wide integration of MTSS.
• Meet with and support school leaders in the implementation of the MTSS framework so that it supports district improvement goals.
• Monitor the fidelity of MTSS implementation at the school level, including academic and behavior support systems.
• Ensure compliance with district procedures, state guidelines, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate MTSS professional development activities for school and district personnel.
• Manage, analyze, and utilize student data to drive student support.
• Maintain cooperative relations with parents, staff, and district personnel.
• Maintain effective written and oral communication with parents and staff.
• Serve on district committees and maintain positive rapport with families and staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain competency.
• Establish and monitor a district list of high-quality content-specific interventions aligned to outcomes.
