Meeting Street Schools in Charleston, SC is seeking a Student Support Manager to lead MTSS and coordinate Special Education and Multilingual Learner programs. You will oversee a team of specialists and drive interventions, progress monitoring, and family partnerships to improve student outcomes.

You will collaborate with teachers and leaders to design supports aligned with data and school goals, while contributing to school leadership and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of successful prior experience teaching in a homeroom classroom.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Understanding MTSS systems and multilingual learner programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support MTSS implementation at the school.
• Oversee a team of interventionists, special education teachers, multilingual learner specialists, and counselors.
• Develop partnerships with teachers, students, and families to monitor progress.
• Oversee progress monitoring of student data and drive data-informed improvements.
• Provide professional development for the student support team.
• Contribute to school leadership and management.
