• Oversees universal screening and diagnostic assessments.
• Ensures identified students receive standard intervention protocols.
• Develops school-wide progress monitoring processes for interventions.
• Reports on screening, intervention, and student progress to leadership.
• Creates and monitors data entry in district platforms for progress monitoring.
• Prepares quarterly reports aligned to the district Strategic Plan.
• Attends district PD on MTSS implementation and data use.
• Collaborates with school leaders to identify improvement goals.
• Accesses Navigator Portal and other reports for regular updates.
• Provides PD and coaching on data-driven decisions.
• Participates in school-based PLCs to support data-informed instruction.
• Supports teachers with data-informed planning and action steps.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
