Job summary

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina teaching license.
• Master’s degree preferred for MTSS coaching role.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience.
• Strong data analysis and professional development design skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTSS coaching and professional learning development at district and secondary levels.
• Support PLC-focused and JCPS instructional model capacity building.
• Develop, lead, implement, monitor, and collaborate on MTSS schoolwide integration.
• Ensure core instruction aligns with MTSS six components.
• Design and deliver professional development based on student data and needs.
