Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an experienced MTS TSSC Manager to oversee the Training System Support Center operations for the C-17 TS program. You will direct staff, coordinate cross-functional activities, and collaborate with government and CAE teams to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include schedule management, proposal development, and ensuring AS9100D compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Six years of simulation-related experience; senior management experience desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to deliver oral presentations to management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage MTS TSSC operations and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate and schedule MTS TSSC activities including design, modifications, code/test, CM, TMS, library and CyberSecurity.
• Review technical work for compliance and document related activity.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing and operations to develop proposals.
• Monitor costs, progress and quality; identify and solve problems.
• Primary MTS contact for monthly Training System Working Group (TSWG).
• Liaise between government PO/QAR and CAE USA Operations PM; represent MTS TSSC with USAF customers.
