Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in Machine Learning and Agent Security Engineering to build scalable AI and agentic workflows within the Security organization.

You will develop high-availability AI services, apply tool calling, and manage state across cloud environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software/ML engineering, strong Python, and experience with production systems, monitoring, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering, ML engineering, or related development experience.
• Strong hands-on Python programming skills.
• Experience building production software, services, data-processing systems, or ML applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based, distributed, or data-intensive applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and operational debugging.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and operate high-availability production AI and LLM agentic systems, applying tool calling, structured outputs, and state management in Python across public cloud environments.
• Engineer high-throughput data-processing pipelines, feature workflows, and automated security intelligence systems for large-scale security telemetry.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of systems across implementation, testing, deployment, and live production operations.
