Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Member of Technical Staff in Machine Learning and Agent Security Engineering to build scalable AI and agentic security platforms. You will design, implement, and operate high-availability AI services and secure ML-powered workflows at scale.

We are a Security & Machine Learning engineering team within Salesforce, delivering scalable AI capabilities and robust agentic trust workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming
• Solid ML fundamentals and practical experience
• Experience building and operating production software or ML applications
• Experience solving scale, performance, reliability challenges
• Knowledge of data structures, APIs, testing, debugging, and code reviews
• Hands-on experience with production systems and security tooling

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and operate high-availability production AI and LLM agentic systems across public clouds.
• Engineer high-throughput data-processing pipelines and automated security intelligence systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems, emphasizing resilience, observability, and performance.
