Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment and working from home is required.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities with discretion and integrity.
• Licensed Pharmacy Tech preferred and familiarity with prescription medications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support MTM processes on a clinical trial aligned program.
• Provide call center support and prioritize administrative duties efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support trial timelines.
• Mentor and support the clinical operations team to maintain positive performance.
