CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator II for the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team. The role provides call center support to the clinical pharmacist with organized, accurate prioritization of administrative duties in a remote work environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration with pharmacists, technicians, and coordinators to optimize medication regimens, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve member health outcomes. Requires MTM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Call center experience in a remote or work-from-home setting.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Licensed Pharmacy Tech preferred.
• Familiarity with prescription medications preferred.
• 7 months with MTM Ops and Meets Expectations in core metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily MTM tasks and prioritizes administrative duties for timely completion.
• Supports clinical pharmacist by ensuring accurate workflow and data handling.
• Contributes to process improvements in MTM operations and trial coordination.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborates with investigators, coordinators, and ethics committees throughout MTM lifecycles.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to MTM Ops team to improve performance.
• Maintains quality assurance and data integrity across MTM activities.
