Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking a Social Worker MSW to join Social Work Services. The CSWA will provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the IDT.

Qualificações

• Advocate to reduce health disparities and adhere to NASW ethics and SOP.
