Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop plans of care for clients requiring social work intervention. You will assess, coordinate services, advocate for resources, and support individuals and families to promote well-being.

Requirements include a MSW or BS/MSW, active state licensure (LSW/RSW as applicable), CPR/Health certificate where required, and at least 18 years old. Travel opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required.
• Current state licensure as an Outpatient Therapist (LSW) or current state registration as an RSW depending on state.
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred.
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR and Health certificate as applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
