Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team. You will deliver comprehensive clinical services, including intake assessments, person-centered treatment planning, and individual/group therapy for adults and families managing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Fully licensed clinicians earn hourly compensation with flexible full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling.
• Active master’s level state licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LLP) or associate/licensure (e.g., LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP).
• Minimum 1+ year experience treating adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders.
• QMHP credential within 120 days of hire.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and assess client needs using person-centered planning for outpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for adults and their families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, support networks, and community agencies to ensure holistic patient care.
• Complete clinical records, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Coordinate structured discharge planning prior to case completion.

Adult Outpatient Therapist (Mental Health & Co-Occurring Disorders).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Outpatient Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive clinical services, including intake assessments, person-centered treatment planning, and individual and group therapy for adults and families managing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Compensation & Range:

• Fully Licensed: $29.47 – $39.67 / hour (commensurate with licensure and experience).
• Limited / Associate Licensure: $27.22 – $36.63 / hour.
• Schedule & Flexibility: Flexible full-time scheduling available. Clinic operating hours encompass Mondays–Thursdays (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Fridays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Some evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assessment & Care: Conduct intake evaluations and assess client needs using Person-Centered Planning principles for outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance abuse treatment.
• Therapeutic Services: Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for adults and their families.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner effectively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, support networks, and community agencies to ensure holistic patient care.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete clinical records, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner consistent with regulatory and program guidelines.
• Discharge Planning: Coordinate structured, effective discharge planning prior to case completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related mental health discipline [Required].
• Licensure: Active Master’s level state clinical licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LLP) or associate/limited licensure (e.g., LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP) [Required].
• Clinical Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience (including accredited fieldwork/internship hours) treating adults diagnosed with mental health or co-occurring disorders [Required].
• Professional Standards: Ability to obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire [Required].
• Core Competencies: Strong clinical assessment skills.
