Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed clinical social worker to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in developing care plans for patients needing social work support. You will provide counseling and crisis intervention across age groups and settings.

The role requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and an active LCSW license, with a preference for at least one year of experience. CPR and health certificate may be required by contract or state regulation, and you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Active LCSW license in state of practice required.
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop the plan of care for patients/clients needing social work intervention.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients with social or emotional problems in various settings across age groups.
