Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing invites applications for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in developing care plans for patients requiring social work intervention. Candidates should have an MSW from a CSWE-accredited school and an active LCSW license; CPR and health certificate may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school is required.
• Active LCSW license in state of practice is required.
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred.
• CPR if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to the care plan for patients/clients needing social work intervention.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients with social or emotional issues across ages and settings.
