Qualifications

• MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Currently licensed to practice social work in Minnesota.
• At least 2 years of post‑MSW direct experience.
• Knowledge of MSW course content area.
• Training or teaching experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet assigned class times and office hours.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach and deliver course content and attend class meetings.
• Evaluate student performance and submit grades.
• Respond to student questions and meet with students.
• Prepare course materials and syllabi.
• Collaborate with faculty and follow School of Social Work policies.
