Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Masters Social Worker (MSW) in Hospice for a PRN, field-based role in Lafayette, LA. You’ll provide emotional, psychosocial, and practical support to patients and families navigating terminal illness within an interdisciplinary hospice team.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW with hospice experience and demonstrate compassion, cultural sensitivity, and strong counseling skills to help families through end-of-life planning and care coordination.

Responsibilities
