Job summary

Ths Wa in Seattle is hiring a Mental Health – Multisystemic Therapist to work with youth ages 12–17 and their families, providing support and evidence-based treatment. This role involves collaboration with caregivers, schools, and community partners for positive behavioral changes.

The position offers training in the MST treatment model, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,077 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor's with 3 years of experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual therapists (Spanish and English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers and community partners.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide clinical treatment.
• Plan and evaluate case progress weekly.
