Compass Counseling Services of NOVA is seeking master's level mental health therapists to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Program in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on evidence-based, data-driven practices to empower youth and families and improve outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment following MST principles with youth aged 11–17 and their families.
• Conduct thorough assessments to guide case conceptualization and engage caregivers, family members, and supports.
• Participate in weekly case planning, supervision, and ongoing MST training.
