Job summary

Grace Harbour is seeking a dedicated MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families in South Carolina. This clinical leadership role focuses on developing staff, guiding interventions, and maintaining fidelity to the MST model while ensuring quality care.

You will oversee 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each), manage referrals, and build partnerships with community providers to support outcomes for youth with complex needs across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• LPHA or master’s level clinician with two years of MST therapist experience.
• Licensure and credentials as required for MST supervisory work.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and MST fidelity.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals, caseloads (5–6 families per therapist) and ensure timely family engagement.
• Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
