This role is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving strong outcomes in the community, while maintaining fidelity to the MST model.
The MST Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each). In this role, they support therapists in delivering effective, family-focused interventions and ensure alignment with MST principles and South Carolina Medicaid standards. This team is in Anderson, Pickens and Oconee counties in South Carolina.
