Job summary

Evidence Based Associates, LLC is seeking an MST Supervisor to lead 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each), providing clinical and administrative oversight and ensuring fidelity to the MST model.

You will supervise weekly sessions, guide interventions using the MST analytic process, manage caseloads of 5–6 families per therapist, and build partnerships with community providers while aligning with Medicaid requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with youth and families with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience with family treatment models (structural, strategic, functional, or MST).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to coach and develop clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and adherence to MST principles.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals, caseloads (5–6 families per therapist), and ensure timely family engagement.
• Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
