Job summary

Faith Works Counseling in Albuquerque, New Mexico seeks compassionate mental health professionals to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• NM licensure as LAC/LMHC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LAMFT/LMFT required or eligible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly case planning and evaluations with supervision.
• Apply MST principles to leverage family strengths and promote positive behavior.
• Receive ongoing training and professional development in MST.
• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Engage caregivers, family members, and community staff in treatment.
• Balance caseloads, clinical contact, paperwork, and case management.
• Provide clinical evaluations and intake screenings.
• Offer services in person and via telehealth.
• Be available Monday through Friday with weekend on‑call rotation.
