Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Resource Professional to support TAPFIN's MSP program in the United States. The role focuses on managing requisitions, placements, and day-to-day operations across client engagements, with an emphasis on customer service and relationship management.

The position requires at least three years in staffing or MSP roles and a business-related Bachelor’s degree. Training on VMS software will be provided, and the role may be remote or on-site depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum three years staffing industry experience in a vendor on-site or account management MSP role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant business experience.
• Experience supervising or coordinating junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations, requisition process, and issue resolution.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage expectations, and drive satisfaction.
• Develop and expand manager relationships to maximize contractor placements and profitability.
• Oversee sub-vendor relationships, ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Support program growth opportunities and ensure compliance with terms.
• Provide guidance on program guidelines, contingent labor policies, and compliance.
