Job summary

Solvere One is seeking an MSP Project Manager to oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. You will interact with clients and vendors, manage risks, and document progress while traveling within Northern Virginia and the DC metro area.

The role reports to the CTO and requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Opening

Solvere Oneis seeking highly qualified MSP Project Manager candidates to provide project management to clients. The duties of this role include ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the clients’ satisfaction. MSP Project Managers are experienced IT professionals and are expected to be able to manage multiple active projects. Projects range in duration from one day to multiple months.

Employees will be expected to interact with clients in various capacities and are required to travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. Professionalism and courteousness are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

Highly qualified candidates will be self-starters, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the organization's well-being while operating in a fast-paced environment.

This role reports to the CTO.

Position Requirements:

• Understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) model and MSP project management
• Ensure effective management of multiple projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand project needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues
• Ensure client and partner expectations are met or exceeded on all projects
• Prepare and deliver client communications, both verbally and written, regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
• Review and generate project proposals based on the provided scope
• Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform

Required Technical Experience:

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of solutions
• Understanding of Cloud and SaaS solutions

Preferred Technical Experience:

• Monday.com
• IT Glue

This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary commensurate with experience.
