US Tech Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead 2-3 hybrid programs spanning contingent workforce, SOW, and EOR solutions in Jersey City.

You will build client relationships, manage a program team, and drive KPI performance, talent quality, and compliance across the hiring lifecycle. This role offers visibility to client leadership and opportunities to implement innovative workforce strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, HR, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years managing large-scale contingent labor or MSP programs.
• Proven success in client relationship management and supplier performance leadership.
• Ability to lead a program team to meet SLAs and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in KPI management and workforce analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite program leadership for contingent workforce and related solutions.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and translate business goals into workforce needs.
• Manage a program team to achieve KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and turnover.
• Design and execute hiring strategies to address talent shortages and seasonal demands.
• Develop dashboards to measure program health and communicate outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, client policies and governance requirements.
• Coordinate supplier network across manufacturing and aviation sectors.
