Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary IT teams (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering).
• Experience aligning IT services with business objectives in an MSP setting.
• Strong budgeting, cost optimization, and service profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Desktop Support and Systems Engineering teams.
• Oversee service desk, endpoint support, and engineering operations.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Mentor staff and develop career paths.
• Establish standards and best practices across teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; drive improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding and knowledge management across teams.
• Collaborate with sales to support revenue growth and client acquisition.
