Kaseya is seeking an MSP Success content specialist to enable partners to grow revenue and improve go-to-market execution through high-quality content. You will create assets for MSP owners and marketing teams, and develop material for MSP Success website and Success Peer instruction.

The role emphasizes delivering timely, accurate content with strong engagement metrics and minimal revisions, supporting growth across Kaseya MSP partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ familiarity with AI-driven optimization and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex technical information into clear language for MSP partners and SMBs.
• Review SME content for grammar, readability, SEO and brand voice compliance.
• Use CMS and workflow tools (WordPress, Asana) to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed on social media, AI optimization and content performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with MSP partners in the content creation process when applicable.
