Snelling Huntsville is seeking an experienced Accounting and Operations Specialist to join our MSP-focused team. The role emphasizes hands-on bookkeeping, MRR handling, project-based billing, and seamless integration between PSA tools and accounting software.

You will manage AR, AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financials and timely client invoices. Applicants should have 3–5 years of MSP accounting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience in MSP/SaaS/IT services.
• Expert level QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Experience with PSA tools and revenue recognition (MRR).

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and invoicing, including prorations and cloud billing.
• Handle AP, vendor invoices, and expense reconciliation.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and monitor overtime/bonuses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end close support.
