Job summary

Stanbridge University seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) Program at the Los Angeles campus. The Site Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Director based at the Irvine campus and serves as the on-site academic and operational lead.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in OT or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of professional OT experience including clinical practice, admin, and scholarship.
• Working knowledge of ACOTE Standards and Interpretive Guide.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and advising skills.
• Experience in educational theory, instructional design, student evaluation, and outcomes assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MSOT program operations at the Los Angeles campus.
• Ensure curriculum and policy implementation across campuses in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ACOTE and regulatory compliance; help prepare reports.
• Assist with faculty recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Provide faculty training and support instructional effectiveness.
• Support student learning through mentoring, tutoring, and advising.
• Maintain academic records and evaluate student work.
• Foster relationships with clinical affiliates and fieldwork partners.
• Represent the university at professional and community activities.
• Participate in faculty meetings and institutional events.
• Ensure responsibilities comply with regulations and policies.
