Qualifications

• Academic leadership and program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and processes.
• Experience in curriculum design and program assessment.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain faculty and staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and administrative leadership for the MSOT program, including planning and budgeting.
• Serve as the ACOTE-designated Program Director responsible for accreditation compliance.
• Lead curriculum design, assessment, and student success initiatives.
• Recruit, supervise, and support faculty to ensure teaching excellence.
• Teach occupational therapy content, maintain a research agenda, and contribute to service.
