NPAworldwide, Irvine-based, seeks an experienced academic leader to oversee the MSN program (MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP).

You will direct curriculum design, ensure CCNE accreditation compliance with BRN standards, recruit and mentor faculty, and build clinical partnerships to secure quality practicum placements. The role emphasizes data-driven student success, program assessment, and ongoing professional development for faculty and staff.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
  • MSN with Nursing Education and/or Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Unencumbered California RN license or eligible for licensure; FNP cert/licensure if applicable.
  • Minimum of three years of graduate-level nursing education experience.
  • Strong background in program administration and academic leadership.
  • Working knowledge of nursing accreditation standards and regulatory requirements (CCNE, BRN).

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and day-to-day oversight of the MSN program (MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP).
  • Direct curriculum design, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure CCNE and BRN compliance; prepare self-studies, reports, and site visits.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate faculty across tracks.
  • Advance student success through data-informed admissions, progression, and retention strategies.
  • Establish clinical partnerships and practicum networks for high-quality placements.
  • Lead program assessment and reporting on outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
  • Teach graduate-level nursing courses as needed.
  • Model professionalism and lifelong learning for faculty, staff, and students.
