The ideal candidate will guide faculty, drive student success, and maintain strong clinical partnerships while ensuring program quality and regulatory compliance. No remote work is offered; on-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
• MSN with a focus in Nursing Education or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Unencumbered California RN license or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum three years of graduate nursing education experience.
• Strong program administration and leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and day-to-day oversight of the MSN program.
• Direct curriculum design, evaluation, and improvement aligned with competencies.
• Ensure compliance with CCNE and BRN standards and accreditation processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty across tracks.
• Advance student success with data-informed admissions and progression strategies.
• Establish clinical partnerships and practicum networks for high-quality placements.
• Lead program assessment and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Teach graduate-level nursing courses as needed.
