Hondros College of Nursing in Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Faculty with an MSN to instruct students across courses in multiple modalities, provide feedback, and ensure program outcomes.

You will deliver instruction aligned with qualifications, maintain office hours, participate in curriculum implementation and NCLEX preparation, and support professional development and campus activities as directed by the Dean.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred, minimum 3 years in field
• 3 years RN experience required
• Active MI RN license not encumbered
• MSN required
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional licenses and certifications required for clinical compliance

Responsabilités

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and area of expertise
• Ensure all instructional activities and required hours meet modality and policy requirements
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and provide guidance
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence per modality and policy
• Support student learning outcomes through curriculum, assessment and documentation
• Prepare students for NCLEX throughout the program
• Full-time workload; part-time faculty cannot exceed 30 hours per week
• Participate in quarterly professional development activities and campus meetings
• Attend committee and campus events as designated by the Dean
• Support onboarding and graduation ceremonies as scheduled
